Eligible returns
Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed items may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality defect or error on our part. Sealed, unopened items may be eligible within a limited window — contact us with your order number.
How to request

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
