Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zamindar Kesar Mehal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair returns and refunds policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 15 days of receiving it if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product is not opened (for food items due to health and safety regulations)
  • The product is not a perishable item that has expired
  • The product is not a sale item marked as "final sale"
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food products (due to health and safety regulations)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +91 99068 72914 to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your request.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  4. Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible.
  5. Include your return authorization number and order information with the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • If declined, you will receive an email explaining why your return was not accepted, and your items will be shipped back to you.

Refund Timeframe

After your return is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging to help us process your claim more efficiently.

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and either:

  • Send you a replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Sale Items

Items that are on sale may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for returns unless they are defective. Regular sale items (not marked as "final sale") can be returned according to our standard return policy.
